Loano is the typical Ligurian hamlet by the sea

You can not miss a visit to the Medieval hamlet and the Castle of Dorias on top of the hill. The Old Town of Loano is one of the best preserved in Liguria and there you can visit important monuments, such as Palazzo Doria (1578) with its gardens and a beautiful sixteenth-century fountain.
