The Hotel Villa Italia is located a few steps from the sea in the center of Finale Ligure, in a noble building built in the 1920s that was once a summer colony for the Turin bourgeois families and was later transformed into a guesthouse and later a hotel. The Careni family, who transformed their passion for hospitality into a profession, took over its management in 1983 and then took over the property in the late 1990s.

Hotel Villa Italia offers its guests numerous services to make their stay as comfortable as possible. The types of rooms available – economy, standard, comfort and family – have been designed to meet every need.
